Welcome to Micro Expo Business. By accessing our website, registering for the event, booking a vendor space, or attending the expo, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

Event Participation

  • All attendees, vendors, exhibitors, and participants must behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.
  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant involved in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
  • Participation in the expo is subject to availability and approval by the event management team.

Vendor Registration & Booth Booking

  • Vendor spaces will be confirmed only after full or partial payment is received, as agreed during registration.
  • Booth allocation is managed by the event organizers and may be adjusted if required for operational reasons.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate business information during registration.
  • Sharing or subletting booth space without prior written approval is not permitted.

Payments & Refunds

  • All payments made for booth bookings, sponsorships, or registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • In the event of cancellation by the organizer, refunds or rescheduling options may be provided at management discretion.
  • Any additional service charges, taxes, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for the setup, operation, and dismantling of their booth within the allocated event timings.
  • All promotional materials, products, and displays must comply with local laws and event guidelines.
  • Vendors must maintain cleanliness and professionalism within their allocated space.
  • The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property or products.

Attendee Responsibilities

  • Attendees are expected to follow venue rules and cooperate with event staff when required.
  • Any damage caused to venue property or expo equipment by an attendee will be their responsibility.
  • Recording, photography, or commercial use of event content may require prior permission.

Intellectual Property

  • All event branding, logos, designs, promotional materials, and website content are the intellectual property of Micro Expo Business unless otherwise stated.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of event materials is prohibited.

Photography & Media

  • By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Event photos and videos may be used on websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and future promotional campaigns.

Limitation of Liability

  • The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the event.
  • Participants attend and exhibit at their own risk.
  • The event schedule, venue, or activities may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Event Changes & Cancellation

  • The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the event.
  • In case of force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical issues, or emergencies, the event may be postponed or cancelled without liability.
